My Fingers are Tired From Writing This Poem for You

This book is a collection of poems and stories by 826NYC students in the East Harlem Writers’ Room program at PS/MS 7. Sixth and seventh graders came to the Writers’ Room for weeks at a time to write odes to their favorite places, to imagine what it means to be grown up and to explore their superpowers and fight evil. My Fingers are Tired From Writing This Poem for You is the culmination of these young authors’ creative work this year.
