We are thrilled to officially invite you to 826NYC’s 2021. Write the Future gala on February 24th, a virtual celebration of our students and the powerful impact of storytelling!

Write the Future will honor the prolific writers Neil Gaiman (The Neil Gaiman Reader, Sandman, Coraline, Wolves in the Walls) and Elizabeth Acevedo (Poet X, With the Fire High). Maulik Pancholy (30 Rock, Phineas and Ferb, Author of The Best At It) will host the special evening, and we will feature highlights from 826NYC young authors and friends.
