As the 2020-21 school year comes to a close, 826NYC looks to the future of writing. We are turning the page and reopening the Secret Door for in-person programming in the fall! It has been 15 months since our young authors, volunteers, and community partners step foot inside the Secret Library–and 16 years since the Library has been renovated.
That’s where you come in!
Our Write After School students need modern desks and chairs to write captivating stories, projector screens for Write Together Field Trips, and more. With new programs, students, and stories to write, we welcome the 826NYC community to reopen the Secret Door with us!
